Driveways and parking lots. Cleaned, crack-filled hot, cut in by hand, two coats where it needs two.
Crack Filling and Sealing
Direct-fire rubber at 400 degrees. Flows into the crack and bonds to its walls.
Asphalt Repair and Patching
Potholes, alligatored areas, sunken aprons and sinkholes. Saw-cut, rebuilt, compacted.
Catch Basin Repair
Sinking storm drains, reset or rebuilt. Excavation, concrete collar, asphalt tied back in.
Parking Lot Striping
Restriping, new layouts, ADA stalls and access aisles, fire lanes, arrows and numbers.
Track and Athletic Surfaces
Asphalt tracks and courts: resurfaced, sealed, and lane-striped to measured layout.
Concrete
Driveways, sidewalks, dock aprons, dumpster pads, curb and gutter. Formed, poured and finished.

Hot Rubber Crack Filler
We run a direct-fire kettle at 400 degrees. Hot rubber bonds to the crack and stays flexible through the winter, which cold-pour filler doesn't.
