The work

What We Do

Black Widow is a full service pavement maintenance contractor. The work:

  • Sealcoating, and hot rubber crack filling at 400 degrees
  • Asphalt repair: saw-cut and full-depth patching, potholes, sunken aprons
  • New asphalt, overlays and small lot paving
  • Parking lot striping, ADA stalls and access aisles, fire lanes and arrows
  • Catch basins repaired, rebuilt and set new
  • Concrete: loading dock aprons, dumpster pads, curb and gutter, sidewalks and driveways
  • Running tracks, tennis and basketball courts
  • Commercial snow removal through the winter

Sealcoating is the core of it. Asphalt and concrete both, so patching, sealing, striping and a concrete pour are priced and scheduled together. These are jobs from the 2026 season.
