Sealcoating and concrete are the core of it. The rest is the work most sealcoating companies send somewhere else.
Sealcoating
We bring gray, faded blacktop back to a deep, even black with Pitch Black asphalt emulsion, no coal tar.
Crack Filling
We fill cracks with hot rubber at 400 degrees, so the filler bonds to the crack and stays flexible through winter.
Asphalt Repair
We cut out potholes, alligator cracking and sunken areas and rebuild them full-depth.
Catch Basin Repair
We rebuild the collar around a sunken storm grate and bring it back to grade, removing the dip and the trip hazard.
Striping & Athletic Surfaces
We lay out straight, bright stalls, with ADA stalls and access aisles marked to the required dimensions, and we stripe running tracks with measured lanes and exchange zones.
Asphalt Paving
New surfaces and overlays, with the base checked and compacted first, because that is what decides how long the top lasts.
Concrete
Curb and gutter, loading dock aprons, dumpster pads and flatwork, so the concrete and the asphalt keyed against it come from the same company.
Commercial Snow Removal
Parking lots, drive lanes and walkways cleared through the winter, on the same properties we maintain the rest of the year.

How We Work
Here's what we do on every job:
- Cleaned first: blown down, edges trimmed back, oil spots primed
- Cracks filled hot with direct-fire rubber, which bonds to the crack walls and flexes through the freeze
- Sand and additives mixed into the sealer for traction
- Edges and the garage apron cut in by hand, with a clean line where the sealer meets your garage door
- A second coat on high-wear areas that need it
We seal every job with Pitch Black, a commercial-grade asphalt emulsion, and we name it because you should know what's going on your pavement. It contains no coal tar; third-party lab tests published at CoalTarFreeUSA.com measure it at 0.00% PAHs. Why we use Pitch Black
